Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>AptJaldi is an apartment-locating website operated by Shane Lee, a Texas real estate agent affiliated with Limvesting Realty. In this policy, \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d and \u201cour\u201d refer to the AptJaldi website operation and apartment-locating service. This policy covers information collected through this website and related apartment-search communications. Apartment communities, application portals, and other businesses have their own privacy policies.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"privacy-collection\">2. Information we collect<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Apartment inquiries:<\/strong> your name, email address, mobile number, preferred areas, monthly rent budget, bedroom needs, move-in timing, visit preference, and any optional notes you provide.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service communications:<\/strong> messages you send us and records needed to follow up, arrange referrals or visits, document instructions, and administer any agreed rebate. We may keep internal follow-up notes and the rates and contact notice shown when an inquiry was submitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical information:<\/strong> when your browser connects, our website and service providers receive information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time. An inquiry is stored in our website&#8217;s private management records and may also be included in an internal email notification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal and operational needs:<\/strong> information may be disclosed when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or as reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute, investigate abuse, or protect legal rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our apartment-search form and built-in traffic reporting do not send inquiry details to advertising networks. We do not offer the contact details you submit through that form for sale to unrelated marketers. A property may pay us a locating commission for a qualifying lease; that is compensation for the apartment-locating service.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"privacy-analytics\">5. Traffic reporting, cookies, and browser signals<\/h2>\n<p>When enabled, our first-party traffic reporting counts page views, estimates daily visitors, and records referring website domains. It uses a daily changing hashed identifier derived from connection and browser information. The reporting tables do not store the raw IP address, full referring-page URL, or query strings. The identifier is not used to build a long-term, cross-site browsing profile. Hashed identifiers should not be treated as a guarantee of anonymity.<\/p>\n<p>This first-party traffic reporting does not set an analytics cookie or use browser local storage. It skips collection when it detects a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. This behavior applies to our built-in reporting; it does not mean that every infrastructure service stops processing connection information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cloudflare:<\/strong> our site also loads Cloudflare&#8217;s Web Analytics performance beacon, which reports page-load and performance measurements to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not track individual users across its customers&#8217; websites. Separately, Cloudflare&#8217;s delivery and security services may process connection and request information, such as IP addresses, to provide and protect the site. Separate hosting and security logs may be generated even when our built-in reporting skips a visit.<\/p>\n<p>WordPress and infrastructure services may use cookies or similar mechanisms for login, security, and essential site operation. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect some functions. Linked third-party websites apply their own cookie and tracking practices.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"privacy-messages\">6. Text, phone, and email contact<\/h2>\n<p>We may text or email you about the apartment search you request. You may also choose to call us or request a call. Message frequency depends on your search and conversation, and your carrier&#8217;s message and data charges may apply.<\/p>\n<p>You can ask us to stop texts by replying STOP to a message from us, or by contacting us by email or phone. You can also tell us your preferred contact method or ask us to stop search-related follow-up. These requests are handled by our team; this website does not operate an automated text-subscription service. Choosing not to receive texts does not require you to purchase anything, and you may contact us by email instead.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"privacy-retention\">7. Retention and security<\/h2>\n<p>Inquiry and service records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, administer the service, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, or resolve a dispute. Different records may have different retention periods. The inquiry form does not automatically delete your inquiry after a fixed period.<\/p>\n<p>The built-in traffic system schedules removal of reporting records older than 400 days. Cleanup depends on scheduled tasks running, and backups or separate provider logs may follow different schedules. We may retain information that we are legally required to keep even when a deletion request is made.<\/p>\n<p>Inquiry records are restricted to authorized administrative users in the website&#8217;s management interface. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"privacy-choices\">8. Your choices and privacy requests<\/h2>\n<p>You may contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, or change your contact preferences. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have additional rights, including rights concerning data sales, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
